The Enterprise
Directory Server (EDS) contains affiliation data for each individual in the
directory. Each status has an associated code, which usually means active
(A) or inactive (I). "A" means the person has a future expiration
date for that affiliation type. "I" means the person has an
expiration date for that type which is in the past. Only specific
affiliation types and states are eligible for a MyAccess
account. That information is also reflected in the table below.
