UCSF-Secure Wireless Network Configuration for Mac OS X
Follow the steps below to configure your laptop to connect to the UCSF-Secure wireless network.
- Click on the AirPort icon and select Turn AirPort On.

- Once AirPort has been activated, the icon will appear differently. Click the active AirPort icon and select Other.

- In the Closed Network dialog, type in UCSF-Secure for "Network Name." Select WPA Enterprise for "Wireless Security." Type in your SOM domain username and password. If you have a CAMPUS domain account, then type in CAMPUS\username for User Name. Click the OK button.

- The Verify Certificate dialog appears. Click the Show Certificate button.

- Check Always trust these certificates and click the Continue button. After a few seconds, your wireless network connection is ready.
