The School of Medicine SFGH Dean's Office is happy to provide a highly available and robust Exchange system (email and calendaring) to users at SFGH School of Medicine. Basic service includes 100 MB of mail storage and Outlook Web Access (OWA) is free to School of Medicine departments, Organizational Research Units and Interdisciplinary Centers.

Note: A VPN connection is required to access to the School of Medicine Exchange server from all clients not located on the UCSF network. The only exception to this requirement would be accessing mail through OWA.

The link to the new Webmail for Exchange 2003 is https://sfgh.ucsf.edu/exchange. Be sure to add this link to your browser favorites.
Recommended browsers: Explorer 5.01 and above on a computer running Windows for fullest functionality.
The basic OWA will have fewer features but is compatible with a wide range of browsers including Netscape Navigator 4.08 and above and Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 and above.
